Delivery Timeframe

The product will be delivered in 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Process

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt, provided all items are in stock.
  • Dispatch: Once processed, your order will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners for delivery.
  • Multiple Shipments: If an item is out of stock, we will ship available products and back order the rest unless you specify otherwise. There are no additional delivery charges for multiple shipments within India.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states and union territories within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and weight. These will be displayed at checkout. For orders above a certain threshold (to be specified at checkout), we offer free shipping within India.

We partner with reputable carriers such as India Post, Delhivery, and Blue Dart to ensure reliable delivery. The specific carrier will be chosen based on your location and order details.

Tracking and Updates

  • A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Responsibility and Delays

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shortages or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain packaging for inspection if a claim is needed.

Returns and Refunds

If your order is lost or damaged, contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
